Is there an age limit to the buying and reading of romance novels?

I was just wondering if you have to be a certain age to buy a romance novel from a store. I'm 15, and I occasionly read some, and was looking at buying one, but I"m not sure if this is allowed.

Thank you! xIs there an age limit to the buying and reading of romance novels?
It would depend on what you are seeking and circumstances.

If you are wanting to buy the likes of Mills and Boon most places won't bat an eyelid unless you live somewhere particularly conservative.

There are some books which are sort of romance that due to their content may attract attention, for example the Sookie Stackhouse series is good, but 15 you might get attention...Is there an age limit to the buying and reading of romance novels?
If the book's rated R+

Then no you will not be able to purchase that particular book.

But, overall, there are heaps of romance books in your local stores that have no age restrictions.

Example: Mills and Boon.

Your fine. Read as many romance books as you can get! Its a good genre. Is there an age limit to the buying and reading of romance novels?
