I'm reading it right now, and it's amazing.

Also, The Mediator series and 1-800-where-r-u by meg cabot are good as well.

If you want something more dramatic, Kate Brian's Private series is really good too.
I don't know...I know some romance novels that I have liked ones called this lullaby by sarah dessen and something borrowed I forgot who the author is, but nothing really compares to twilight....see I can't even name other books that I thought I once liked cause twilight has taken over my entire mind.
