I`m currently searching for novels that have a case of mistaken identity of it. For example, if the heroine is pretending to be another person. A good example would be something like the Lying Games series but I wanted a paperback romance novel not a teen novel.

This might not exactly "fit your description" but give the book "Willow" by Julia Hoban a try..its a suspenseful romance...but im not sure if its "a case of mistaken identity" or "paperback romance novel" but its VERY good. just google it and read the summary(: you will really like it!
