What are examples of "sweet" romance novels?

I like to read romance novels, but I don't want to read the explicit stuff. So which titles are the best in terms of contemporary romance novels that do not have anything heavy? It can be any type of romance genre (fantasy, historical, etc). What are examples of "sweet" romance novels?
Howl's Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones--my second-favorite book ever!

Sarah Dessen novels are always great, especially This Lullaby

Ella Enchanted by Gail Carson Levine

The Two Princesses of Bamarre by Gail Carson Levine

Odd Thomas by Dean Koontz isn't specifically a romance, it's a fantasy/mystery/thriller, but it's got a really adorable romance in it

These ones aren't contemporary, but they're still amazing:

Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte (seriously, my favorite book, and the sweetest romance I've ever read)

Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen

Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte

Persuasion by Jane Austen
I love either vampire academy or the bronze horseman. both completely different. vampire academy is well, about vampires haha. but the bronze horseman is about the germans invading russia and these two people who struggle to be together around laws, etc. What are examples of "sweet" romance novels?
