I'm writing, or, hopefully I will be starting to, write a romance novel and it's hard to come up with different plots. But maybe I'm just not thinking about it hard enough.
But anyway, what's okay/not okay for romance novels?What do romance novels have to consist of?
There has to be some sort of conflict.It can be anything from something between the two characters over their love to someone attempting to murder them.
Make sure also to build up tension for the romance. Don't start the book out with the two people kissing and in love. The point of a romance novel is to see how it starts and develops over time.
Romance Novels plays a significant role in developing romantic love for each other. The ultimate objective is to build a happy romantic relationship with your beloved companion.

What do romance novels have to consist of?Something has to happen to get in the way of the love. It can be someones past, stubbornness, secrets, or an outside source like someone who is jealous, the community, a friend, parents etc. It can also be a war or death or someone. In a romance novel the love can't work easily and at once, it has to be fought for
Well like all other stories there has to be conflict. Most common for romance is: what keeps the 2 lovers apart? how do they over come it? the conflict makes the story interesting.
