i just read twilight series and loved it. any recommendations for some good romance novels. not necessarily vampires either. thanks!Any good romance novels after reading twilight?
If you liked Twilight, you should check out some Anne Rice... I'm not comparing the two authors, I'm just stating that you may like her vampire stories, as well.
Vittorio the Vampire is a heartbreaking lovestory, but a very beautiful and captivating one. And there are vampires.
I'm not real fond of the Twilight series, which is why I am suggesting you also try some Anne Rice...
Otherwise, I don't know much about love stories. I guess I never read them. Memoires of a Geisha is a love story, right? Even if you've watched the movie, it's quite a magnificent book.
OR! I almost forgot... read Dangerous Angels by Francesca Lia Block. There's some love and the book is amazing. =] I read it when I was 15, and now I'm 21 and I still love it just as much as ever.
Advice: Dreaming about boys feels great, but you are never going to be happy unless you can be single and perfectly fine with staying that way forever if you have too. Romance makes up 40 percent of all book sales. All songs seem to be love songs these days. A movie is not complete unless the two most attractive characters hook up. Romantic love and sex are not the search for the ultimate thing, but they are the celebration of what we already have. Get your mind off of it or one day you will find yourself only getting fulfilled and knowing your worth if you are with a guy. Besides, most romance is junk.
If you must:
Redeeming Love or A Voice in the Wind by Francine Rivers
Anita Blake series
Pride and Prejudice.
Harry Potter (there's some romance in there)Any good romance novels after reading twilight?
Hm... I am a sucker for love stories:D My favorites are the Twilight series, the Host, and books by lUrlene McDaniels. Her book, DOn't Die my love, was AMAZING! BUt they can be sad too, so if you aren't into bittersweet endings i don't think youd like them. Pride and PRedjudic was god, a but confusing with the old english but good. And the series Nobodys Princess, by Esther Friesner. Its not exactly romance, but htere are some lvoe parts and its really a good book. It takes place during the Spartan times. so if you a roman times perosn youd like it:D I hope that helps!
The Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafon.
About post-civil war Spain, and a young guy who decides to pursue the mystery of the author of a book he holds very close.
It's classified as mystery but has many romance elements in it, biggest of all loss, heartbreak, and being so close to the one you know you can never have.Any good romance novels after reading twilight?
