Can romance novels be considered the female porn ?

guys porn are visual, and since female love love and romance so much, can that be considered female porn

that also begs the question: do girls *u know* to reading romance novels? Can romance novels be considered the female porn ?
lol Well, that depend on the girl! I used to be big on reading romance novels when I was younger, usually novels that take place a hundred years ago or more. The sex scenes (they were often subtle) in those books were usually our biggest payoffs and there were an almost guilty-pleasure kind of satisfaction coming from them. Now that I think about it, yes, romance novels can be considered a female porn. Universally? Well, some women have their own version of porn, like soap operas or... toys. lol
Porn and romance novels satiate desires for both sexes, men want the voyeuristic physical senses and woemn want the emotional senses hence the 2 venues for their different desires.

Can romance novels be considered the female porn ?
No. Romance novels are nothing at all even remotely like porn. There is something that I guess you could call female porn. It's called erotica, and it's very different from the romance genre.

But remember, women just don't view things the same way men do. Even erotica just isn't to women what porn is to men. It's rather like comparing apples and oranges.
Very good Question dude... Not only can it be pornographic to a subconsciously level but it can turn-out to be an addiction...

For those(older men) who use it everyday to take Advantage of younger girls and seduce their hearts is a crime !

In reality after a good idea, some one will come around and turn it around for its own dark benefit 鈾?br>
Can romance novels be considered the female porn ?
Precisely. Women dote on the details leading up to the actual deed; men want to cut to the chase! It's the same way with courting as it is in shopping; girls like to window shop, try on shoes and jabber all day while they daydream...guys want to walk into the store, buy the item and get out, rather than sit around and talk about which shade of blue they are.
You obviously haven't met a big variety of women...and 'romance' novels don't contain sex scenes, that's a different kind of novel completely. Romance novels shut the bedroom door firmly in your face and it's left to your imagination.
do they become aroused?

If yes, then yes.

If no, then no.

and in either case, I want to meet kissxrachx

I just remembered a line from "Mad About You" that explains the difference between men and women pretty well:

"We only invented the Bing and the Bang to get to the Boom."
omg i LOVEEE romance novels. like twighlight, and others. i dont care for porn. but i LOVE romance models. same goes for all my girlfriends.
Yes, most definitely. It's like literary porn.
Well, in some cases yes. Especially if it's very descriptive. I know that I definitely get turned on when i read a really graphic scene. Shoot, I even get wet!
Mental fantasy porn, maybe....
they're pretty boring books really, i don't think they can be considered porn
