Any good fantasy novels with NO romance and a male protagonist?

So I have to do a book report for my English class, and we get to chose our books. I've never really liked romance novels, but I reallllly like fantasy/sci-fi (and the occasional horror). I'm 16 so a book around that level would be great~ Thank you :]Any good fantasy novels with NO romance and a male protagonist?
Fantasy

The Alchemyst: The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel by Michael Scott

Stoneheart, Ironhand, Silvertongue, Charlie Fletcher (kind of young, but really enjoyable)

Nomadin %26amp; NiDemon by Shawn P. Cormier (not sure if there is romance or not, but my son read it when he was 16)

Sci-Fi

Ender's Game, Orson Scott Card
Anna Dressed in Blood by kendar blake is pretty good. It doesn't have romance from what I remember. It's ghost paranormal.

The Demon's Lexicon. Can't remember the author, but you shouldn't have problems finding out. Urban fantasy.

Robopocalypse by Daniel Wilson. It's adult, but you still might like enjoy it. That's sci-fi. No romance.Any good fantasy novels with NO romance and a male protagonist?
Odd Thomas by Dean Koontz. It's an amazing series, I loved every word of it, Dean Koontz is such a talented author and I love Odd's character. Odd can see dead people :) if you don't like the book you are insane! You could just read the first book, because all of your questions are answered, the only thing is you'll probably want to keep reading. (Even if you're a guy you WILL cry at the ending of the first book, if you don't you aren't human).
Lord of the rings book series has no romance, even if the movie has some.Any good fantasy novels with NO romance and a male protagonist?
