I loove The Summer I Turned Pretty [: there's a sequel, in case you didn't know
Umm...let's see. There's Beach Blondes (it's super long, TONS of romance) and the sequel Tan Lines
there's The Boys Next Door (there's a sequel to that, too; plus it's one of my all time favs)
I recently read a book called Shiver, it isn't vampire related, but there are human-wolves (not werewolves persay) there was a lot of romance in that one
There's also Summer in the City (I think that's what it's called)
sorry can't think of any more at the moment -_- hope this helped though!
